When you have finished reading this post, please give it a like and a share, as it may save someone vulnerable from being taken advantage off or worse.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
In the last 24 hours, I have had 2 major concerns within the therapeutic community. The first was when I was contacted by a young lady who asked me how many sessions she would need to help her with a nail-biting habit. I informed her this would take only 1 session, or 2 if I found any underlying issues within the first session. She then informed me that another therapist told her that she would need between 3 and 6 sessions. They told her this without even meeting with her!!! I offer a weight loss package that deals with all arear`s of health, weight loss, motivation and that is only 4 sessions.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
The second concern came about when someone who required very specialist help was faced with a bewildering array of therapists all offering their services to deal with a specific concern. Many of the theses therapists would have lacked the required care and clinical background to help and support this person with the required changes.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
Several weeks ago I put up a post outlining the good qualities that you should be looking for within a therapist and over 3000 people within the Norfolk area read it alone. I think that it is again worth going over some of the things you should be looking for when hiring any kind of therapist.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
1. Quality of their training. I was lucky and trained under the most qualified person within the county. The training that I received was over 12 months and I have to face a vetting process before they would even take me on. I had standards of excellence to achieve and reach. I had papers to submit and a constant appraisal of my skills through live sessions, best practise groups and cases. Before I could practise I had to have all of my written case notes, standards and learnings presented and passed before a governing body. I also had to present and pass a live session with 2 assessors. I am not ashamed to admit that was daunting and not everyone was successful. So please be aware of those who have a certificate that was obtained in a very short time.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
2. Background. Now not everyone can have a medical or clinical background and for certain issues that may not always be necessary. But please be aware when dealing with the subconscious mind, you are dealing with that part of your brain that carry’s all of your memories both good and bad and for the inexperienced, it is a psychological minefield. I have a 10-year background within the clinical world, care and mental health and I was fortunate to receive excellent mental health training to conduct this work. I pride myself on good clinical excellence and being able to deal with more challenging psychological concerns.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
3. Professional approach to their work. I often hear strange tales from people telling me that therapists have asked then to meet them in out of area locations, not even working where they claim. Or when they have arrived, the therapy was conducted in a lean too; a friends bedroom and someone told me they have visited therapists who work from an outdoor shed!!! Therapy is all about feeling relaxed and opening up your mind. To do this, you need to feel comfortable and relaxed and know that someone`s dog or family member is not going to walk in halfway through the session. I have a dedicated therapy area that is warm, comfortable and relaxing. It is within a safe location and there is safe off road parking. I choose the location, so people could leave and attend discreetly and feel calm and relaxed within the session. I also work within the area that I advertise on my website.
4. Ethical standards. Within my first ever therapy lesson, I was taught one thing that has always remained with me “Do, no harm” Therapy is not just about qualifications, it is also about adopting the correct attitude to those who choose to come and visit me. It is about caring for those who need help, ensuring they are provided with the correct therapy and putting their emotional and mental health first. I always end my therapy sessions with my clients by asking them if they felt the session was of value and if they “wish” they can choose to return.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
I have never told anyone that they will “Need” 4 -6 sessions and I always warn anyone please be aware of who tells you that you do. If I see someone and they feel that 1 or 2 sessions were all it took, I could not be happier. If anyone ever tells you that you need numerous sessions without having met you and conducted a session, I would love to know how they are aware that this many sessions are required. I do offer packages such as weight loss as this is a major area of our lives and it is never about food so there will be more than one area to work on. Smoking can be stopped within a 90 minutes session.
Recently I did two 60 minute sessions for a client which effectively allowed them to reduce their stress and anxiety levels so they were able to return to work. It did not take 6 or 8 sessions. Any therapist that conducts more sessions than is necessary is working out of integrity.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
So if you are thinking of using any therapist, please check the above areas and ensure they offer a free consultation and do not charge you for this as part of your therapy, consultations are free. Also, make sure they have good referrals and have a solid background within the area you require.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">
If you know of anyone who is considering any kind of therapeutic support please pass this on to them and give it a like and a share, you may be saving someone vulnerable from being taken advantage of.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: #1d2129; font-family: "helvetica" , "arial" , sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">

<div style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin-bottom: 6px; margin-top: 6px;">
I have just had one of the most incredible emails ever from one of my first every Hypnotherapy clients.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin-bottom: 6px; margin-top: 6px;">
In the email, he reminded me that he came to see me nearly 10 years go to help him stop smoking. After a 90-minute hypnotherapy session with me, he stopped and never started again.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; margin-bottom: 6px; margin-top: 6px;">
But what is even more incredible is that he calculated that in the last 10 years he saved over £27,000!!!!!!!!!<br />
Even I was blown away by this £27,000, that is an absolutely staggering figure. I often talk to people about the cost of cigarettes to their health and wallet and I do a rough calculation, but this guy had really done the maths. He told me that the figures were correct as he put the money away and saved it in a separate account. He actually just set up another account and had the money filter in each month. He was smoking between 25-30 cigarettes a day and when he came to see me, it was starting to affect his health. He recalled that when he met me that he was not that bothered at the time about the financial saving. His focus was on still being around for his wife and children in 10 years and after giving up he is still here and much the richer as well.<br />
So how do I help people to stop? Most of the time we will never give up something negative as we do not fear the consequences of it. We feel that it is too far away, so we do not bother about what will happen if we carry on smoking or not taking care of our health. This will then cause a huge lack of motivation on our behalf, as we may hold the thought “Yes I might get cancer, but that will be when I am old”. As you can see, here lays one of the main reasons for not stopping smoking. The negative consequences are just not a reality for you.<br />
Now in life we are controlled by two emotions (Please and pain) we move towards those things that we perceive are pleasurable and away from those things that we perceive as painful. So when a negative thought about smoking rears its head, we either ignore it or shout it down. We also cannot even entertain a positive thought about stopping smoking either so people become stuck, not able to move forwards or backwards and then see continuing to smoke as the only answer. Some people may attempt a substitute (Vaping anyone) but this always just leads back to smoking.<br />
The reason I have such a high and long-lasting success rate is that I use a powerful therapy technique where I take your conscious and subconscious brain to those places you do not always want to venture. Now that may sound a little daunting, but with smoking, you have very few alternatives. As another successful client once said to me, it should say on your webpage “If you come and see me, you are going to change”<br />
Within my non-smoking package, I offer people a chance to see and live the alternatives and this has a huge effect on the mind and the decision-making process. If you actually knew and felt how good it was to give up smoking or lose weight, you would start to do everything you could to move towards that new you. Have you ever worked hard on something and started to see and feel the difference and it really spurred you on to keep going? That is the effect that I gave you within my one hypnotherapy sessions. I help to create those positive emotions and bring the reality of being a non-smoker into your conscious brain. So Instead of being controlled by pleasure and pain, I help people to make them work for them so they can take back control of their minds and their lives.<br />
Just to end this blog, as a point of interest I have just been on a calculation site that shows how much you can save if you stopped smoking today.<br />
If you smoke between 20 and 25 cigarettes a day and you gave up today in 10 years you would save around £54,750!!!!!! (UK GOV Source) You may have your reasons to carry on, but I can think of 54,750 reasons to stop.<br />
Always remember 10 years may seem a long way off, but in 1999 so did 2019. You will get to 2029, and wouldn’t it be better to get there with a healthy body and an extra £54,000<br />

I had never achieved this my whole life and I wanted to achieve it before I was 49.<br />But in just 8 Weeks I totally transformed my body!!! It was very easy to do and anyone can have this same level of success, no matter what your age.<br />It all started after I gave a talk, which becomes known as my Magic Weight bullet Loss Talk and Inspired by my success several people asked me how I achieved it so quickly. I sent out some tips and what I had done to lose so much weight so quickly to several people which helped them lose weight.<br />After the talk, I was also asked if I could produce a book for those people to far to come to my therapy practice so I set about creating The Magic Bullet Weight Loss Bullet.<br />The Book includes everything that I did to transform my own body in just 8 weeks. It also deals with the psychology of weight loss and reveals some amazing unknown diet blockers which you may not have realised have prevented you from losing weight. The book also includes the routine that I followed to burn fat, which did not involve going to the gym or having to run. It is now available on Amazon and a great way to kick start your New Year weight loss goals. </span><br />

Recently I gave a talk on weight loss to a room full of people. The talk became known as my “Magic Weight loss bullet talk” After this talk, I started work on an actual “Magic weight loss bullet” and expanded on the talk that I gave. I looked at all of the real and practical ways that the body really loses weight. I also focused on those barriers to quick and lasting weight loss and perfected the Weight Loss Magic bullet system. I followed this new system and was amazed by how quickly I personally shed nearly 2 stone of just body fat in a matter of weeks. Now you can have this same success that myself and my other weight loss clients have experienced by using the Magic Weight Loss Bullet system. <o:p></o:p></div>

<span data-offset-key="6d3nn-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">Successfully losing weight is only ever about doing 2 things that everyone can easily achieve and I am about to reveal the great secret to weight loss in just one paragraph. I will then tell you why you never stick to it and then I will show you how you can.</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="9kt4-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">

<span data-offset-key="9kt4-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">Many years ago Paul Mckenna (You may have heard of him) wrote a book called “Change your life in 7 days”. Within the book, he told you how to change many areas of your life with one noticeable exception, weight loss!! He only wrote one line regarding how to lose weight and I have always remembered it. “If you want to lose weight eat less and move around more” Now he actually could have stopped there, but what he did was go on to write 3 more books on weight loss. The reason he could have stopped there is that is all you ever need to do if you want to lose weight. The secret is just eating less than you normally would and become more active than you usually are!! Now if you do this over a sustained period of time, I guarantee that the weight will fall off. In a nutshell, that is it that is all you need to do. It does not matter, what you eat or drink or what kind of exercise that you do if you are burning more calories up than you are putting in, you will lose weight. There you go the easiest no-fail weight loss method in the world, Ta Da simple yes?. Well no not really because there is a problem isn’t there?</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="ca7a9-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="ca7a9-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="ca7a9-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">The problems are we don’t stick to just eating less and moving around more until we have lost the weight we need to and that is because of just one thing. The thoughts and beliefs that you hold around eating less and being more active keep getting in the way, don’t they? If our thoughts and attached beliefs did not stop us, then everyone would just be really healthy and super fit.</span></div>

<span data-offset-key="9tkor-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">Let me paint a picture for you. Everyone who has ever attempted to lose weight will be familiar with this story. You start off with good intentions to lose weight, you clear out the cupboards, fill it with low-calorie healthy food, join a gym or a weight loss club, start a new activity. You may then goal set and feel really great and what happens yes amazingly you lose weight. You are on a high and do so well for those first few days/ weeks and lose several pounds, but then something happens, doesn’t it?</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="1nt9m-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="1nt9m-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="1nt9m-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">It usually goes like this, you might have a bad day, or you get on the scales and you don’t get the results you want. Or the weekend arrives and you go out and eat and drink too much. You tell yourself “I have to treat myself because it’s the weekend”, Or maybe you have a bad day at work, or you have an argument with a partner. Then your children, pets, friends, the news makes you stressed and then you see an advert for your favourite food on special offer at the supermarket. Basically, any one of a million things can come knocking at your door. Then very soon you are back to where you started and you start to fall back onto one of your old thoughts such as “Well I just love food, I guess”, or “my parents were both big so it’s in my genes”, or “I am too old now to lose weight”. Or you may even fall back on my old personal favourite, “I have tried everything and nothing ever works for me”.</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="46blt-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="46blt-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="46blt-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">So here is the real problem, life and the way you choose to respond to it. Not food or drink or being active, but life. Life and events just happen and we respond with negative thoughts and then beliefs. But these thoughts are nothing but, lies lies and more damn lies. Now I am not saying that these experiences are not true for you, but the main thing that prevents you from losing weight is what you choose to tell yourself and the beliefs that you hold around yourself and weight loss.</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="3li0b-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="3li0b-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="3li0b-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">But it is ok as I have developed a really simple and easy idea that will stop all of this. It takes quite a bit of practice, but it will definitely work. OK here goes; you just need to……Stop thinking! There, really simple, eat less, move around more and stop having all and every negative thought around food and drink and being more active. There is a slight problem though, have you ever tried to just not think at all? There are thousands of thoughts going around your brain each and every day. Now while some people can reach an incredible state of calm through meditation where they totally clear their mind, you cannot always hold onto that state all day. So maybe this idea is not that practical after all.</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="7p0kf-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="7p0kf-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="7p0kf-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">However, we are on the right lines here to achieving long-term weight loss. Because the real secret to long-term weight loss is actually about taking control of your thoughts and then challenging them and the beliefs attached to them. This may sound difficult, but it is so much easier than you “think!” You see we often spend so much of our time with our thoughts projected into the future or stuck in the past, that we fail to stay in the moment and connect with our current thinking. Within his book the “Power of now”, Eckhart Tolle writes about how we can all achieve much more happiness if we keep our thoughts focused on the moment. As when we keep our thoughts out of the past and future, we realise that we don’t actually have any problems in the present second. This is the same for weight loss unless we take full control of our thoughts we are very much at the mercy of our perceived past failures and our future anxieties of failing again. Now, this is actually what demotivates us and drives us back to our old beliefs and habits.</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="89o7h-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="89o7h-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="89o7h-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">So how do we achieve this, well we are all hardwired from our early years with unconscious beliefs that we pick up from parents, teachers, television and these days social media. Now, these negative beliefs will come out through our thoughts and we respond to them with negative behaviour. So the first thing that we need to do is stop and listen to the thoughts that we are having. You see we never stop and think about our thoughts, but the minute we do this things start to change. As when we focus on a thought, we become aware of it and then it becomes a conscious thought. When the thought moves to our consciousness, we can then start to examine and challenge it and when we do this we actually start to destabilise the belief. For example, we might say to ourselves, “Walking for 30 minutes will not burn off enough calories to make a difference. You need to work out in a gym every day for an hour to see any difference and I am really tired after working all day”, but what if we flipped that belief? With “Well sitting down for an additional 30 minutes will certainly burn even less”. Or how about “A 30 minute walk will build up my energy levels so I will find it easier to walk 30 minutes tomorrow as well, then by the end of the week I will have done an extra 2 and a half hours exercise and that will make a difference” Notice the difference in the internal communication and how it starts to shake the belief system. Every time you get a negative thought around food or drink or being active you have to stop and notice the words, make them conscious and bring up the opposite thought to flip it.</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="7tuda-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="7tuda-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="7tuda-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">For a long time now I have noticed that the work that I have been doing with people to help them lose weight or stop smoking always comes to rewiring the false beliefs that they are carrying around. I also then help people through hypnosis to become more consciously aware of the thoughts. These days I can always spot when someone who I have been working with has shaken off their old beliefs as they become so much happier and are managing to keep their thoughts in the present moment.</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="arc9b-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="arc9b-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="arc9b-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">I know that some people will still turn to special diets, or become addicted to weight loss clubs and the low-calorie foods being pushed. The other day on Facebook someone was actually selling “Magic Beans”, that promised to do all sorts of incredible things including helping you lose weight!!</span></div>
</div>
<div class="" data-block="true" data-editor="atsiq" data-offset-key="3br0a-0-0" style="background-color: white; color: #1d2129; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; white-space: pre-wrap;">
<div class="_1mf _1mj" data-offset-key="3br0a-0-0" style="direction: ltr; font-family: inherit; position: relative;">
<span data-offset-key="3br0a-0-0" style="font-family: inherit;">But always remember the simplest and easiest method of losing weight long term really is and always will be eating less and moving around more. If you do this, you cannot fail to lose weight. So the next time you are about to make a poor decision around food or drink and why or how it can’t be done, challenge your thoughts and ask whose beliefs or influences are you acting under.</span></div>

It`s not about going on a diet or to the gym.<div style="background-color: white; color: #757575; font-family: Helvetica, "Helvetica Neue", "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-size: 14px; padding: 0px;">

<br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">As a weight loss therapist, I always focus on what is effective and actually works to help people achieve their weight loss goals. So when I set out to create some brand new weight loss therapies. I wanted to create something which would actively promote easy and long-term weight loss. I decided to look at the bigger picture and focus on those who lost weight easily and kept it off. This would not be not short-term weight loss where people would lose a few pounds and put it back on in a month. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">I first noticed that my most successful weight loss clients were the ones who made small lasting changes. These clients saw the changes as a new lifestyle and not just a temporary fix or going on a diet. They were the people who wanted to change their lives and not just drop a few pounds before they went on holiday. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Quite simply they did not see weight loss as a quick fix but approached it with a view to making a long-term and lasting change. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">So I set about writing this brand new weight loss system based on my most successful client's experiences that had lost weight after visiting me. What I discovered was quite incredible and had a lasting effect, but not only on my clients but also on myself!! <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">You see as I was researching and writing these new therapies I noticed that every day I was starting to change my own lifestyle and without making any effort I was starting to losing weight!!<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"> I certainly was not dieting nor did I join the gym!! I was not even thinking about it consciously. The changes just came naturally and everyone was starting to notice how different I was looking. People were commenting on how much weight I had lost. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">So checking the scales I was surprised to find out that I had lost half a stone in 2 weeks and it stayed off!! I was shocked as I was not even trying to lose weight, just living my life by these new lifestyle changes. <o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Then it occurred to me, as I was creating and reading these new therapies back to myself I had started to change my own thoughts and beliefs. These new beliefs helped make all of these unconscious changes to my own lifestyle. I realised that there was even more to long-term weight loss than I had considered. It was not just about food or exercise, it was about the way we thought and lived. My whole lifestyle changed almost overnight. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Suddenly it became clear why so many people were not able to lose weight or had lost weight and could not keep it off. They were holding the wrong thoughts about themselves and the whole idea of staying thin. It did not have to be painful or involve sweating in the gym. All I was doing was a daily walk and just making sure that I was staying active. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">As I lost more weight I could see that it actually had less to do with food and exercise and a lot more to do with the thoughts I was holding. As we always make the changes to our thoughts first, <b>you have to lose weight in your mind before you lose it in your body.</b> The new therapies I was creating helped me to focus on several key areas of my life that I had not thought about for a while.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">As I continued my work and research I realised that I had more and more energy and motivation to go out and do different things and achieve more. I was enthused to live a new lifestyle and I really wanted to stick to it. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">Within a month I had lost over a stone!!</span></b><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"> <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><br /></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">I was amazed as I had not been hungry, dieted or still set foot in a gym. All of the smaller changes that I had made to my mindset had set me off on a new path. I just wanted to live a healthy lifestyle now. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">But here was the real surprise <b>I maintained my new healthier weight</b> <b>and none of it went back on,</b> I just stayed the same. I felt as though I had discovered some real long-term secrets to weight loss. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: #00b0f0; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 20.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;">2. So what were the changes I made and how did it happen? <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Ok first let me ask you a really important question about weight loss. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><i><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">What is the same thing about every attempt you have ever made to lose weight and keep the weight off? <o:p></o:p></span></i></b></div>
<div class="MsoNoSpacing">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt;">Is it Food? No, as we try fad diets <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNoSpacing">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt;">Is it Drink? No, <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNoSpacing">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt;">Is it Exercise? No, again we attempt the latest exercise craze time and time again and then give up. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNoSpacing">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">I will tell you. The same thing about every diet and weight loss regime you have ever undertaken is…….YOU. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">There is really only one reason why you have not made the permanent changes to your life that you would have liked. That reason is you, as you are still making the wrong choices and not living the correct lifestyle.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">To make the changes, first, you have to change your unconscious beliefs about who you are, what you believe and how you can live every day. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">It has to become a naturally unconscious way of life to lose weight, stay healthy and anyone can do it!!<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Just imagine it like this. If you were attempting to learn a whole new language such as French and you decided to only spend 1 hour a week studying it. How long do you think it would take you to become fluent and conversational? It would most likely take you a very long time and you would struggle to master it. But what if you actually went and lived in France, where you immersed yourself in the culture and lifestyle and everyone around spoke French. You would learn the language quicker and retain your ability to speak it as you were doing it every day. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The secret to long-term weight loss is the same as learning a new language. </span></b><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">It is not something you practise, it is something you live. You have to immerse yourself in the lifestyle of a thinner and healthier person. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The truth of the matter is that anyone at any age can lose weight this way and keep it off. You just need to start living a different life and holding some new beliefs and thoughts about food and being active. But most of all you need to create and hold onto some new thoughts and beliefs around yourself. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">These changes are not something that you can get from a weight loss club, attending the gym or just stopping eating your favourite foods for 8 weeks. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">These changes have to be made in the mind and affect every area of your life. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">This is something that will stay with you and enable you to feel great about yourself and who you are. It will help you build a positive body image and keep motivated. This will enable you to live a completely new lifestyle. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Now you may have noticed how I keep stressing the word lifestyle that is because <b>going on a diet does not work!!!!!</b> Diets can provide you with a quick fix and you may lose some weight, but you will then find this weight will quickly go back on, the minute you stop dieting or attending the gym. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">In order to really be successful with your long-term weight loss, you need to make permanent changes. These changes you need to make are just very small ones, which will help you obtain you your longer-term goals. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">It works the same as the aeroplane theory. If you were an aeroplane starting out on a journey, if you changed your course by 1 degree at the start you would end up in a totally different part of the world. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">So you only have to make a handful of small changes to your life to end up at your ideal weight and stay that way forever. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: #00b0f0; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 20.0pt; line-height: 115%;">3. So what stops us from losing weight?<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-no-proof: yes;">Unfortunately,</span><span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> we do!!! We are always the cause of all of our own issues, as we are in control of the choices and actions we take, we just choose to take the wrong ones. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Over the years we have programmed ourselves to do the wrong things, we tell ourselves the wrong stories and then we act upon them. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Have you ever noticed how an old belief or idea used to stop you doing something until you were told differently and then found that you could achieve what you wanted to? None of us gave up on talking or walking at an early age, did we? No, we gained a new belief that we could do it and suddenly our world changed. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">You have to change the unconscious beliefs about who you are, what you believe and how you can live your life every day. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">So after seeing the changes that my most successful weight loss client’s had made, I broke it down into 4 unconscious core principles. Then taking these core principles I devised 4 simple weight loss therapy sessions that help you to change your 4 principle unconscious principles and thoughts about losing weight. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: #00b0f0; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 20.0pt; line-height: 115%;">4. The 4 unconscious principles that help us lose weight<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: #00b0f0; font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 20.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Session 1: How you see yourself and your goals<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Session 2: Making empowered choices every day<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Session 3: Overcoming old beliefs and obtaining new thoughts<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Session 4: Balancing and maintaining your new lifestyle<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">When you have these 4 unconscious principle beliefs working for you, you will find that you can start to live that healthy balanced new lifestyle. But the changes have to be lasting and permanent, which is why you need to be living them consciously and unconsciously. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">This is why those people who are unable to lose weight and attempt yo-yo dieting and fads make no long-term changes to their health and weight. They are not living the life of a thinner healthier person. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">It does not actually matter what age you are or what your current weight is, making these changes will set you off on a new path that will give you the results that you want. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "Arial Narrow","sans-serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>

<br />
<span style="color: #757575; font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Post-traumatic stress disorder or (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder. It is caused by distressing, stressful or frightening events that have become stuck in a repetitive cycle within a person’s mind. Someone who has PTSD may often relieve a past traumatic event through a flashback or nightmare. The wider reaching implications of PTSD can be insomnia, isolation, anger, lack of concentration or an inability to function within work or social settings. </span></span><span style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial;"><span style="color: #757575; font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">It has also lead many people into self-destructive patterns of </span><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">behaviour</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> resulting in alcohol and </span></span></span><span style="color: #757575; font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">drug addiction. If left untreated PTSD can lead to further enduring, long-term poor mental health</span></span><span style="color: #757575; font-family: "helvetica" , "helvetica neue" , "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"> issues. </span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Many believe PTSD is something that only military veterans suffer with after prolonged exposure to combat. But this is not the case as many people have visited me and been suffering from the symptoms of PTSD after a road accident, prolonged abuse (Physical, mental, or sexual) or a singular traumatic incident that has stayed with them.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The people who I have worked with over the years have found the effects of hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro linguistic programming) very effective for reducing and in many cases eliminating the effects of PTSD. Within my NLP therapies, I use a proven technique developed by Dr Richard Bandler, which safely disassociates those suffering from the effects of trauma and allows them to find a safe and relaxed place of calm. The work I conduct is very similar to EMDR and CBT, but gets to the root cause more effectively and is also effective as it is a deep healing therapy.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">If you believe that you may be suffering from the effects of PTSD please call me for a confidential chat. My telephone consultations are completely free of charge. </span></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">

<br />
<br />
Why would I go for a life Coaching session again?<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
We have all heard the term Life coach or Business coach, but have we ever considered what they do.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"></span>I was made to think about this last week when I was in the middle of Norwich and a business contact asked me for my mobile phone number. I gave her my business card and she read it with some fascination, as the card said Life Business Coaching and NLP practitioner on it.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Your and what!!!! she said and they do what again !!!!! she asked as if I had just stated that I was about to reverse who whole Brexit process single-handedly. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
I was going to present the lady with a list of the usual things that I help people to achieve, such as: Finding it easier to make decisions when they feel stuck, improving motivation and confidence, help with careers choice and progression, even personal and relationship issues that affect our lives. But then I stopped and instead started to tell her about my most recent clients</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
My clients had moved to Norfolk and settled in Norwich. Not having many contacts they wanted to start their own business but were not sure where to begin. Feeling lost they Googled ( Life and Business coaching in Norwich and found my website. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
They visited me and we began to discuss their lives and aspirations. After several sessions, they found some answers as to not only where they wanted to go with their life and new business venture, but also just how they were going to achieve it. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
I helped them to find their inner resources and how to tap into their personal power and obtain the confidence and motivation, to take those first few steps. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Soon they were racing along their new life path and checking off goals as they went. On their last session, I asked them what they felt they had achieved. They looked at me and smiling said: Finding the ability to make a change and enjoying the freedom that it brings. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
When I had finished telling the lady this story, she just looked at me and said “WOW, I totally get it, you help people to fix their own, we will change the word for the sake of this post to "STUFF"!!</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Yes, I replied I help people to find ways to fix their own "STUFF" :) </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
It was sometime after when I was thinking about her last that the importance of explaining to someone just how you can help, is so much more important than explaining, what you do and how you do it.</div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<h2>
Please read this fascinating account of how one of my clients learned to deal with PTSD and in their own words “Kick its ass”</h2>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Hello. I have written this for anyone suffering out there. Don’t, as you do not have to. Please read what I have to say. I am no writer so excuse the way I talk, I just write as it comes. <o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
I had not realised that the subconscious mind can store and hold onto painful memories and then bring them back at the worst and most unexpected moments. When I was much younger I had suffered abuse as a child and never spoke about it or attempted to deal with it. I buried it deep. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
As a teenager, I was in a horrific accident that nearly took my life. My body healed, but my mind was forgotten about and the incident never discussed. People said it would be too painful for you to go over it again. So I buried it deep. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
When I faced daily stress and anxiety in pressurised situations I was told to “get on with it” and talking was not encouraged. Once more I buried it, very deep. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Then tragedy struck and I had to deal with both loss and grief at the same time. The trauma of what I had born witness to was beyond compare. This time there was no burying it and sinking to my knees I could take no more. My mind strangely decided it was time to bring forward every painful experience from my childhood to present day all at once. I could function no longer and I kept having flashbacks at random times. I feared the worse and thought to myself, I actually cannot cope or go on.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
A friend visited who said I should go for therapy. This went against everything I believed that I needed or had ever been suggested to me. At this stage, I would have tried anything. I found certain types of counselling difficult as I did not want to go over these things again, so I gave up. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
So I decided to do my own research. In a library, I found a book by a man called Richard Bandler.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I read bits about how we think and getting over things, but I could not make sense of it. I knew what he said was right, but I could not make it work. Throwing the book down, I gave up. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Then I spotted a web post about PTSD and NLP and it occurred to me that other people used this as a therapy to help others.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>This made sense that I need to visit a professional who could help. I phoned up a chap, who seemed to know his stuff and booked in. That is when I made the breakthrough. I say I made the breakthrough as this is what he taught me, we often rely on others to take stuff away from us. We need to do it for ourselves. He talked and listened in a different way and I found if I saw my world differently then I could safely view all of those elements of my life, even the bad ones. I knew they were part of something bigger, my pathway and journey. 2 sessions in and the anxiety and trauma stopped. We did something called double dissociation and pattern disruptions. I realised that whenever I hear a car door shut or I heard something else loud it would trigger memories and bring stuff back. </div>

I could see the sessions were doing me good and I was becoming happy to return to my old life. I held on to positive anchors and really felt I could on. By the fourth session, I felt I had all the skills I needed to kick this things ass now. I read some more books and practised all the NLP techniques I had been taught. </div>

Why it really is time to change and find your Authentic Self<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
I have recently been working with a client who has had a debilitating issue regarding social and work relationships. It had become so acute that it was starting to destroy the whole fabric of her life to such a degree that she had stopped socialising or communicating with others. She had developed a fear that this issue would take hold and she would act upon her compulsions. A friend who she confided in, was currently visiting me for confidence coaching suggested that she come and see me. Her friend was aware that I also work with people who suffer from stress anxiety and other issues such as addiction and compulsion.<br />
<br />
After talking to the lady for a short while it became apparent that this compulsion within her had not come from any traumatic or emotional past event. She had led a successful and happy life and been brought up in a happy and loving family. She was in every sense of the world a successful lady, except for this one area of her life that was starting to become all-consuming. We worked through some NLP techniques and then regressed her through hypnotherapy to a time before she had this issue. After coming out of the trance, she suddenly had a revelation of something that she had been said to her by an ex-partner on a frequent bases. What they had said had not been negative or disparaging, but they always said the same thing during a time when she was in a high state of emotional awareness. Unfortunately, this repetition of words had created what is known in therapeutic terms as a "negative anchor" and something had recently triggered this within her causing her to have a very controlling negative self-belief around her emotions and subsequent actions.<br />
<br />
On discovering this it was a very easy matter of creating some new beliefs and destroying or collapsing the old belief. Also, the realisation of where it had all started also played a major role in helping her. My client changed instantly and was amazed by how something so simple could have been causing her to have such a strong compulsion to act so strongly out of character.<br />
<br />
This started me thinking about just how controlled we often our by the words and images that unconsciously hit our senses. These images and beliefs then become embedded within our thought process and then start to shape who we are, by distorting our beliefs.<br />
<br />
Just stop and think about the amount of input that goes into your brain each day, most of which you are not even aware of. Also, consider those strong influences and voices from your early years that formed your opinions of the world around you and how you believe that you should act and behave within it. Its no wonder that when we hear something negative about our self that may have been reinforced from a young age, that we start to believe it and act in a way that is not authentic.<br />
<br />
Just imagine for a moment that you could take yourself back to a very young age before the world got to you. A time before you had not taken on board any negative or distorted thinking that was given to you by parents, family, friends, television and the all-encompassing and damaging social media. Now without all of those negative and distorted beliefs consider what are your thoughts on yourself? You might not actually have even formed any yet, but as a young child seen something that really appealed to you and thought. I want to do that and be like him or her? Was this dream then supported or were you told something like "don't be stupid, you cant do that" causing the very young you to give up, lower your head and conform to a life of mediocrity.<br />
<br />
But what if you could go back now and go completely clear on these thoughts. Or better still imagine if you received positive thoughts on yourself and your dreams had been supported and encouraged. How would this have shaped you and your life? Or would you have discovered who you really are and meant to be, it's such a powerful and empowering question. Ask yourself a better quality of question and get a better quality of answer. For example, what do you really like and what do you want to do with your life?<br />
<br />
<br />
The good news is that no matter what age you are it's not to late to still hold these thoughts. I once worked with a victim of childhood abuse who very much came to terms with their abusive past and was actually able to re-frame the most traumatic period of their childhood. I will always remember they said to me in the last session. "It's not to late to have had a happy childhood, no matter how old you are".<br />
<br />
Have you ever been away from a negative person either at work, home or in a relationship and suddenly noticed that you start to do different things and hold new thoughts and beliefs about yourself; its almost as if you have been reborn.<br />
<br />
I always remember sitting down many years ago and watching an episode of Dr Who with my son. It was the first episode that David Tennent stared in and he had regenerated but not sure who he was yet. At one point someone asked him "Who are you" and he replied. "I don't know yet" he then went into a whole list of possibilities of who he could possibly be, considering each one he liked and dismissing those he did not. A few minutes later he committed a spontaneous defensive act that saw the evil alien leader plummet to Earth from his ship, he then declared "No second chances, that's who I am" We should be shaped by our true feelings and responses that are of our own creation and choosing, not those that are fed to us from others.<br />
<br />
So maybe its time that we all looked to regenerate and start finding our authentic self again. Finding and discovering the person who we were all really born to be. The person who has not had a lifetime of negative sounds and images piled upon them and attempted to gloss over these. Its time to reach down, wipe off the negativity and find out who we really are. Why not start this pathway by unplugging from all of the negative people and elements in your life. Give yourself a week away from the negative elements of social media, the negative thoughts of others and start to rediscover your authentic self.<br />
<br />
Then make a list of those true qualities that you believe that you hold and how you could use them to them in the best possible way to pursue your dreams and purpose.<br />
<br />
You will be amazed at the power that this will give to start truly believing in yourself, growing and fully developing into the person you were born to be.Jason Edwardshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12108169776560395179noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6113485572682311546.post-7782075277803648192018-02-11T05:46:00.002-08:002018-05-10T01:17:48.222-07:00Get over any Fear and reduce anxiety instantly.<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<br />
There is brand new research from MIT university in America that proves that anyone can overcome any fear and reduce anxiety in an instant.<br />
<br />
It is actually nothing new and I have been teaching it to coaching and hypnotherapy clients for years as all of our fears really all come down to one thing!<br />
<br />
In life when you get up and go out you usually have a general expectation of what is going to happen. You drive the same route, meet the same people and do the same job. However, within each day, you can't specifically know and plot every minute of your day and this is where fear creeps in.<br />
<br />
Let me explain further. Imagine you are a work and suddenly you are called into a meeting with your whole team. No one has any idea of what is about to happen or why you are there. The Head of the department walks in with the finance manager and the CEO. They tell you all to take a seat and that they have a very important message and they won't keep you long.<br />
<br />
Now be honest if this happened how many of you would be thinking, "wow this is exciting, its bound to be brilliant news". I can't wait to hear how this is going to alter and enrich my life in a positive way? No, what you will actually do is think the worst and fear for your job. This is because everyone's fears are all rooted in one thing, the unknown!!. No matter what you are scared of I guarantee that what is actually scaring you is not knowing what is going to happen in any given circumstance or event and we find that quite terrifying.<br />
<br />
Now the problem is that fear is a real killer, it kills opportunities, relationships, potential sales, moral and all of your life chances. For when we become gripped by fear, we become inactive and do nothing rather than face a fear of an unknown future.<br />
<br />
However, there is a really simple and easy solution that will flip any fear on its head in an instant.<br />
Have you ever acted out of total certainty, done something that you were sure was going to work out and carried it through with total confidence? Of course, you have, as most of the things that we do each day have a level of certainty about them. Certainty is one of the human givens and without it, we would probably just lay in bed all day watching telly fearing that anything we did would result in a tragic circumstance. We get up, get dressed walk to the shops, go to work, eat, drive all because we are reasonably certain that we will get a positive outcome. So you could say that our confidence comes from us being secure in all the facts and us holding a belief in a positive outcome of our actions. We even become so good at this that we don't even think about most activities and just act unconsciously knowing that putting one foot in front of the other will get us where we want to go.<br />
<br />
So why do we have fears? well, this is when our unconscious mind focuses on uncertainties with any future outcomes that we plan. Sometimes this is good an protects us, but a lot of the time it just keeps holding us back. Now while we need a level of fear to keep us safe, as a society we have become massively over cautious and see fears everywhere and create ones that do not exist, just to prevent us from taking action. We have become risk-averse and it is making us more and more anxious to take those bolder actions that will often bring us all the rewards in life.<br />
<br />
That said its actually a really simple to overcome any fear and it only takes 2 steps. 1 something that I call fearless planning and 2 possibly the biggest issue that everyone has, which is taking action!!!!!<br />
<br />
Now if we choose to plan something out and seeing it going well as appose to us failing, we are going to start believing that we could make it happen and not only succeed in our action but also enjoy the activity which we once found scary. Go ahead think of something that you would really like to do, that you have previously been too scared to do and see it going really well. Just see the event happening, see yourself succeeding at this and then see the event happening through your own eyes. It feels different now doesn't it. What you have just done is started to reprogram your brain to be confident in a way that it never was before. We have created a whole new neural pathway and your unconscious will hang on to this.<br />
<br />
That done, now you need to take action. Just make any small step towards whatever it was that you previously feared, but whatever you do take action. Now here is the real secret to beating your fears. Your brain can only focus on one thing at a time, so when you start to take action and focus on the event, you can't actually be scared of it anymore as you are not focusing on it. To be scared of something you have to actually consciously think of being scared of it, once you are consciously in the act of doing, you cannot be scared as your conscious action reduces the fear. Just think back to the first time that you got behind the wheel of a car or walked across a room to talk to a member of the opposite sex you liked. As soon as you started changing gears, looking for other cars or engaged a person in conversation so stopped being scared as you were focusing on the event, not your fears. Always remember risk and danger is real, but fear is something you create in your own head.<br />
<br />
So the next time you really want something in life, whatever it just sees it going well and then take action.<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" data-original-height="270" data-original-width="270" height="200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh5KZjguiPg1xm4Wh5n297H0aHqdm0ovPE3wSmM78dIVFY92V4WFkJOTO0wecuqaVTbD3UFSei8ldum3i7kCMR6zT66NxRpvRA9LyCtIjbS84XbIjelOgJ7JZKAczWNBEXXZHIf8S91AkSR/s200/Staying-Motivated-through-it-All.jpg" width="200" /></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Find out what has been stopping you losing weight</div>
<br />
Now that the Christmas Period is over a lot of peoples thoughts start to turn to the new year and making positive changes to both their diet and exercise. But before you do, have you considered if you are one vital ingredient missing that will make all the difference?<br />
<br />
At this time of year, there are countless books, websites and yes blogs about weight loss all of which will promise you the secret to losing weight quickly and keeping it off forever. However, I have yet to read one that actually addresses the real reason why certain people fail to lose weight and keep it off and others have huge success and stay thin.<br />
<br />
In order to get to this reason let me ask you a question. Do you have a friend that appears to be able to eat whatever they want, whenever they want and never gain any weight? Or know someone who has stuck to one of the numerous fad diets, lost pounds in weeks? However, when you tried the same diet all that happened was you were hungry and never lost a pound.<br />
<br />
Yes, what many diet gurus and experts never bother to consider is that everyone or rather everyone's brain is, wait for it.....completely different!!! I know this is a real shocker and just as no two people look the same, most of us don't think the same either. So why is this so very important to losing weight?<br />
<br />
Let's look at this another way, which kind of people eat only when they are genuinely hungry, stop when they are full and seldom eat between meals and find it easy to <b>not </b>binge eat or eat rubbish and exercise regularly? I will tell you, they are motivated, driven people who manage to lose weight and realise that keeping it off is a lifelong commitment.<br />
<br />
So why can`t I keep up this motivation all year long like other people I hear you ask? The answer is actually very simple, we are all motivated to lose weight and stay healthy by different thoughts and feelings and this is why it is so hard for any weight loss guide to help you, as it does not know what stimulates you.<br />
<br />
I recently saw a client who was able to give up binge eating by seeing a figure of herself looking lean and healthy. She actually said that he could not get out of her chair and get to the fridge as the image was so powerful. It was so powerful that she even stayed motivated to not binge eat over Christmas and continued to lose weight over the festive period. However, another client of mine was motivated by how they would feel putting on a new pair of jeans, that had previously not fit her. Yet another client was motivated by their partner telling them they looked great. Now, these are all great motivating factors but everyone who has come to see me for weight loss hypnotherapy has had just one thing that has kept them losing weight and exercising and the real secret is finding out what it is and then using that motivating factor to its greatest advantage.<br />
<br />
Whenever I work with someone I will always find out what sort of person they are and whether they are motivated more by what they see, hear or feel. Everyone is always surprised to find out where they mostly operate with their emotions and some people are equally stimulated by two more senses.<br />
Then using NLP therapy and Hypnosis I help them to boost these new feelings both consciously and subconsciously so they remain motivated to achieve both their weight loss and fitness goals.<br />
<br />
So before you start to find that new you, make sure that you have gotten to know who you really are and what is going to properly motivate you to lose weight and stay fit in 2018<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkAnmyZUPzmIhg57WUx6_uIC4dm-UGJOLT0tU1yGzlR9T_EgPneQHe6bQRiNX74hJNe-Cyfi8gvii3zUQlLglMoQy6szTdRaWF9W7SQsTSucMvIgtwUHe3LjcRZ54CHN89ItWGRdupm2l4/s1600/Becoming-Fearless-Main-Image-880x514.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="935" data-original-width="1600" height="186" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgkAnmyZUPzmIhg57WUx6_uIC4dm-UGJOLT0tU1yGzlR9T_EgPneQHe6bQRiNX74hJNe-Cyfi8gvii3zUQlLglMoQy6szTdRaWF9W7SQsTSucMvIgtwUHe3LjcRZ54CHN89ItWGRdupm2l4/s320/Becoming-Fearless-Main-Image-880x514.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
We tend not to dwell too much on those things that scare us, do we?<br />
But have you ever wondered how much happier and successful we would be if we did? Most people are not even aware of those things in life that they are scared of and potentially hold them back and stop them doing in life that they most desire.<br />
<br />
I think everyone can identify something that they are scared of, heights, deep water, spiders. The list is endless and working as a hypnotherapist I have helped people overcome all manner of fears and phobias, from the very common fear of flying and spiders, right down to someone who had a fear of people with green eyes. Most of the time there are not always rational explanations for our fears. Psychology suggests that we are only born with maybe one or two fears (loud noises and falling) all of the others have to be learned and boy do we learn them and hold on to them.<br />
<br />
We can always identify a risk that is attached to certain fears such as a fear of heights is attached to someone not wishing to fall and hurt themselves, however we don`t ever call it a fear of falling or even a fear of hitting the ground, no we choose to verbally associate the fear and label it a fear of heights. I once asked a client if they would be more or less fearful of driving on a motorway if we actually called the fear something different. So we spoke about her fear and she said that what she was actually scared of was things getting out of hand when she drove. I pressed her further to tell me more and she said I am scared of driving on a motorway if something happens like there is an accident and I have to stop and help someone. I asked her if she felt this was likely to happen or if it had ever happened to her before and she said no, but watched lots of reality TV shows and there were always accidents on motorways and she had seen one where a man went through a window and cut his face and there was blood everywhere. I could see where this was leading to so we spoke even further about the accident and she really went into great detail about what it would do to her if she ever encountered this. I then set about asking her a few other questions that enabled her to look at the situation differently and she had a light bulb moment. I am not scared of driving she said I am scared of blood!!!. After that it was a case of collapsing some old associations and creating some new ones around what was the real cause of concern for her, seeing someone bleeding and not knowing what to do about it. Her fear of driving on the motorway was not actually real. However, she was very concerned about being in a situation where someone was bleeding and not being able to help them.<br />
<br />
This is actually common and we can often label our fears incorrectly and sometimes we are not even aware why we make certain decisions and display behaviours that are damaging to our careers or personal lives. I once worked with a very successful solicitor who found success late in life after dealing with a work-related fear. When she first came to see me she told me that for years she was fearful of completing tasks and sending emails. After nearly losing her job for repeatedly failing to complete her work correctly she had to sit down with her boss and tell him that the reason she was falling behind was that she was scared of being shouted at and laughed at by him. Unfortunately, when she told him this, he laughed. He did not mean to and actually, she had created a self-fulfilling prophecy. Her boss quickly apologised had said the reason he had found it so funny was he had always seen her as such a strong person and would never dream of shouting at a colleague. He suggested that she seek some sort of therapeutic help to see if things changed for her, which was how she found herself sat in a room with me. Using hypnosis I was able to regress her back to an early period of her life when as a little girl she had been shouted at by a male teacher after handing in a piece of work and was so scared that she wet herself on the spot and had been laughed at by her whole class. When her Mother came to collect her from school instead of offering support and care, she was further chastised and shouted at. So easy to understand where her fear of being shouted at had come from. Fortunately, it was something that I was able to help her with using hypnotherapy and NLP.<br />
<br />
It is always worth exploring every area of our lives when we feel that we would like to grow and develop in and sometimes the most unexpected things arise from this, from people not being able to lose weight for fear of looking good and receiving attention from members of the opposite sex, to people in the business world having a fear of being successful as they were told when they were young that nobody likes rich successful people. So the next time you encounter something that scares you, are you really scared of this, or is there something else lying beneath.<br />

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEir7RWL1mvUtl1S30h9Jbw6cNdzgN1ny3BgVL2HEkIwKHmz9tmNCl2AwWIhEER5yXDMkydlYRY1BRTb0TwJ5luhazV9eJLmvkuoNHC74i0GDlHrqeenQzq4zpBGKmDU350x6ATWCz3z9qZ5/s1600/download+%25281%2529.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="296" data-original-width="400" height="236" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEir7RWL1mvUtl1S30h9Jbw6cNdzgN1ny3BgVL2HEkIwKHmz9tmNCl2AwWIhEER5yXDMkydlYRY1BRTb0TwJ5luhazV9eJLmvkuoNHC74i0GDlHrqeenQzq4zpBGKmDU350x6ATWCz3z9qZ5/s320/download+%25281%2529.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
So, when is a therapist not a therapist?<br />
When they are a life coach and more to the point just what is the difference? Well for me, it is quite easy to answer as I am both a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Life and Business Coach. Whenever I meet anyone for the first time and tell me they need help with their lives my first thoughts always go towards if there is anything within someone's past that they need to deal with, or are they stuck at a crossroads and need help moving forward. That can let me know very early on the type of help and work that I will be doing with them. For example, all of my clients who come to me with anxieties, fear of phobias have something that they will need to deal with from their past. As opposed to a CEO who is agonising over which direction to take her company next, who would be clearly coming to see me for business coaching.<br />
<br />
But what happens when you are stuck with past issues, but also want to move forward with your goals? To explain how best to deal with knowing if you need a coach or a therapist you really need to sit and work through a Life Plan Pathway in order to find what steps you need to take first in order to achieve your goals. You see its very important when you are looking to make any improvements in your life that you tackle the correct issues and in the correct order. For if you fail to do so and do not deal with those things that have been holding you back first then your always going to struggle to move forward. For example, a successful weight loss client of mine had struggled her whole life to lose the weight that she had wanted, as she kept lapsing back into old habits and could not work out why. At the same time, she set herself some goals to go to the gym every day in order to burn calories. Unfortunately hard as she worked she made no progress and found herself binge eating then fasting and then working hard at the gym only to find that she was losing no weight. We sat and worked through a Life Pathway Plan and shaped it around everything to do with weight loss and pretty soon realised that there were a number of past issues that needed to be dealt with regarding her thoughts on self-image and her beliefs around thin people.<br />
<br />
After two hypnotherapy sessions she had dealt with these issues and it was time to move forward with diet and exercise goals. This time it was a different story and all of her hard work started to pay off and she dropped 2 dress sizes, as she had dealt with her eating issues and remained motivated to work hard at the gym. After a while, my client returned to me as she was doing so well, that she wanted to run a marathon and knew that she would need to break down her goals and had decided that Coaching would help her. So we met again and re-contracted and this time we worked on a diet and exercise regime that allowed her to start running longer and longer distances while still juggling a busy career and social life.<br />

Recently there has been an increase in people looking online into Nootropic medication to boost their brain power. There are now numerous sites, someone of which look very suspicious and will happily sell you supposedly brain boosting medication, without knowing anything about your history and not all of which appears to have been thoroughly tested to safe standards. From looking at these sites they appear to offer various pills that claim to be able to increase everything from confidence, fitness, recall, motivation to giving you improved socialising and verbal interaction skills. I would personally love to know how a pill could achieve all of that in one go. While I am sure there are always personal gains to be made in our mental performance from maintaining good health through exercise, nutrition and emotional stability of which vitamins play a part. But my experience as a therapist and performance coach has taught me that positive self-belief and personal development are far more effective than relying on mood-altering medication, which many have found can give you quite harmful negative side effects.<br />
<br />
This idea of a mythical brain boosting pill is not a new idea. I first became aware of the idea of being able to improve recall, focus and our retention when I first saw the Bradly Cooper movie Limitless. For those who have not seen the film, Bradly coopers deadbeat character takes a tablet called NZT that allows him to have access to 100% of his brain and turns him into the best version of himself overnight.<br />
<br />
The idea fascinated me and I watched the film several times and broke down the process into several key areas of improvement in order to improve my own capabilities. I very quickly found that through using a combination of coaching, hypnotherapy and NLP techniques, focus, ability to read situations and people, recall and motivation could be rapidly increased but without the help of medication.<br />
<br />
At the same time I started developing this idea and working on this process I had started a new career in clinical health which required me to work and study long hours while I was also studying privately and working as a therapist. I knew that this amount of work would require me to work at optimum performance and the performance techniques that I developed allowed me to improve my focus, motivation whilst improving my ability to connect with people and gain a greater understanding of their needs. This set me on the pathway of self-development and since this time I have always been interested in performance development and I today I continue to use these techniques to work with people when they feel that they need a boost to any areas of their lives.<br />
<br />
The problems that I have found with people who have become reliant on performance boosting pills is that while they may have a strong belief in the medication, they are failing to address the other areas of their lives that lead them to seek out the medication in the first place. We all have capabilities that can be improved through increased focus and taking greater responsibility for our situation so while a tablet may potentially give someone a buzz and release of energy, if you are still not addressing the correct area of your work or emotional state that is holding you back, you might as well be a fast moving car, traveling in totally the wrong direction.<br />
<br />
The techniques I have developed will not only help provide that deeper level of concentration and relaxation, whilst giving you a greater sense of focus and self-motivation. They will also help you analyse with precision, just what and where you need to give your attention to in order to develop.<br />
<br />
The debate and people reliance on Nootropic medication and its various side effects may continue for some time. However reducing your stress levels and increasing your confidence, your ability to work longer and harder and achieve greater results can be obtained through performance coaching and hypnotherapy. Once more coaching looks to provide you will all of the tools that will empower you and leave you with a greater level of long-term self-reliance all without a monthly repeat subscription<br />
<br />
I have worked with a number of clients from medical and law students who find themselves struggling to stay focused on their studies. To athletes who wish to obtain a great awareness and motivation in order to improve their ability on the field. These sessions can even help give your career a well-needed boost if you are struggling to move forward and want to take the next step up the corporate ladder. If you would like to know how I could help you with a bespoke performance coaching and hypnotherapy session, please contact me for a free telephone consultation.<br />

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Is this really the way to STOP, smoking?<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;">There has been so much written recently about vaping and whether it is harmless or eventually leads to a more serious nicotine addiction. I have met with several clients who decided that it was an easier route to kicking their smoking habit, only to then find themselves lapsing back into their old ways and smoking tobacco again. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;"> While the jury is still out on vaping regarding health, as the long-term scientific data is just not available, the law and society view vaping the same as cigarettes and it remains illegal to vape indoors or crowded areas. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span> <span style="font-size: small;">So let us look at why vaping has become the great delusion of smokers. </span><span style="font-size: small;">The problem with vaping at the moment is that it is still seen as a popular or lighter alternative to smoking. Vaping comes in a wide range of flavours that have exotic names. Some even boast to have fruit extracts within them and this is reinforced with bright, healthy-looking packaging. Now, let us not pretend that people are not drawn into marketing and advertising because we all are and again this is a huge softener to vaping as opposed to smoking. Compare your average trendy looking vape shop to buying cigarettes from a supermarket. Vape shops can boldly advertise their products and sell sleek looking machines and some even often vaping bars where people go to meet, chat and vape. But if you want to buy 20 cigarettes from a supermarket they are hidden away out of sight behind a barrier and you have to request a member of staff to unlock it before you can even see if they have your brand. When you go through this process you are then presented with a blank box that carries a warning bigger than the label and a picture of a tar filled lung or someone who has throat cancer. So easy to see why people are making the choice to vape. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;"> However, when we strip away all of the marketing and the vaping culture from the perspective of anyone wishing to quit cigarettes for good, vaping as a method to reduce smoking just does not work and after a fashion people find themselves drifting back into smoking as its only a small step sideways. Why? well even if you are vaping you are still failing to get to the source of the issue of your addiction. You see for anyone who smokes or vapes it is</span><span style="font-size: small;"> about a habit and the thoughts in your head that drives you to a negative set of behaviours that if left unchecked will become that poor and damaging habit. </span><span style="font-size: small;">So the result of swapping one addiction for another fails to get to the root cause of the behaviour</span><span style="font-size: small;">, even removing that addiction would just leave a need or desire to find another habit until the distorted belief that drives a person towards it is dealt with.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span> <span style="font-size: small;"> I have been working with smokers now for over 8 years and every single person who has come to see me at my practice in Norwich and successfully stop smoking has had their own unique reasons and set of beliefs around smoking and why they did it. I guarantee you that every one of you who currently finds themselves within the grip of an addiction could easily overcome that addiction within 90 minutes if you only had enough motivation, held different beliefs and looked at your world differently and could change your language. Yes if only it were that simple I hear you say, well the truth is that it is that simple after all how did you get to this point in your life right now, by the thoughts you choose to hold, your beliefs and how you wish to respond to them. </span><br />
